Care: ZÜCAs are completely washable and serviceable. Close all Velcro straps and hand wash your ZÜCA Sport insert bag in cold water with a mild detergent and air-dry.

From time to time, inspect the bolts on your ZÜCA . Much like a bicycle, things can eventually loosen up.

Warranty: ZÜCA Inc. warrants that your ZÜCA product will be free of defects in materials and craftsmanship as follows:

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, skateboard contests, volcanoes or alteration. Warranty is valid from date of purchase. Please include your original purchase receipt with any warranty return item purchased from a Authorized ZÜCA ® Retailer. Warranty only valid with puchase from an Authorized ZÜCA ® Retailer.

What's up with fixing my ZÜCA: In the unlikely event that a problem does arise with the materials or workmanship of a ZÜCA product within the warranty period, please Contact us so we may give you a return number, and repair center address. If, after inspection, we find that the product is defective in materials or workmanship, we shall at no charge to you repair or replace the product at our discretion, and return the product to you. There is no charge for the inspection or the return postage. This warranty excludes claims for incidental or consequential damages in connection with the warranty problem. .
